- Responsibilities: Loads, runs and unloads the dish machine following Ruby Tuesday procedures; Washes and stores all tableware and kitchenware; Maintains adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen; Maintains adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies; Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the dish area and related spaces
