Full-Time Groundskeeper - $. per hour

As a Groundskeeper , you'll be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the building/facility.
Cuts grass, maintains lawn, trims around trees, walkways and markers.
May be required to assist in the loading and unloading of supplies, equipment and/or merchandise.
Maintains, services, cleans and properly stores equipment.
Ability to properly utilize new equipment and follow safety procedures prior to using this equipment.
High school diploma or equivalency preferred.

Multiple language fluency is desirable.
Must comply with OSHA and EPA guidelines concerning storage and use of chemical substances.
Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
Ability to work in different environmental working conditions ( e.g., Handle, finger, grasp and feel objects and equipment
Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 8:00am - 4:30 pm

As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and vision . In addition, you will be eligible for time off benefits, paid holidays, and a 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.
Compensation : $17 .00 - $ 1 7 .50 per hour
