Surgery/Endoscopy Nurse

Registered Nurse - Endoscopy
Location: Richmond, VA
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: 06:00 - 16:00, Monday - Friday
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Endoscopy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for circulating and assisting in advanced endoscopic procedures, ensuring high-quality patient care from preoperative assessment to postoperative recovery.
Responsibilities:

Circulate and assist with endoscopic procedures including Colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, and EUS.
Provide patient care before, during, and after procedures in accordance with established protocols.
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain and manage endoscopic equipment, including Olympus scopes and OER elite washer.
Document patient information accurately using Meditech Expanse and Provation.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Active RN license in the state of Virginia.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in endoscopy.
Advanced skills in ERCP, EUS, robotic bronchoscopy, and EBUS.
Hospital issued scrubs are required as part of the dress code.
