RECEPTIONIST - HOURLY (FULL-TIME)

17.81 per hour Full-time
Responsible for central communications and performing related clerical tasks in compliance with Management & Training Corporation (MTC) and customer directives.

Route incoming and inter-office calls and make connections with outside lines for outgoing calls.
Place long-distance calls and keep record of all long-distance calls outgoing and incoming reversed charge calls.
Keep directory of location and telephone extension for assigned personnel.
proofread material to verify accuracy.
Perform data entry and process documents as assigned.
Maintain records files and appropriate office supplies.
Greet and direct visitors to the proper office.
High school diploma or GED
US Citizenship or Lawful US Permanent Resident required.
Fluent in Spanish speaking comprehending reading and writing and six (6) months of clerical or administrative experience is highly desired.
Must successfully complete required preservice training.
