Graphic Design (remote)

Location: Washington, Washington, D.C.

Compensation: $38 - $40 per hour
A fast-growing insurance company is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join their remote creative team. In this role, you will create compelling visual designs for a variety of channels, including print, digital, and social media. You will need to be a collaborative and independent worker who can adapt to a fast-paced environment and support multiple business divisions. This is a fully remote position with standard business hours (9AM-5PMET, Monday‑Friday). You’ll be expected to maintain a professional and presentable demeanor during work hours. You may initially use your own equipment (Mac is preferred) based on IT and security protocols.
Responsibilities Create visual designs for print, digital, and social media.
Work with content writers, other designers, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Work within brand guidelines and contribute to the development of brand assets.
Adapt creative concepts for various platforms and formats.
Manage multiple projects and work independently in a remote setting.
Qualifications 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing multi‑channel campaigns.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of branding systems and design principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required if you have strong experience.
Experience in the insurance industry is a bonus.
