Hospital Phlebotomist, Full-Time

Phlebotomist OpportunityPride Health is hiring Phlebotomist to support our client's team in Camillus and Liverpool, NY. This is a full-time, 13-weeks contract.Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will have phlebotomy experience, strong specimen processing skills, and experience working with challenging draws, including behavioral health patients and individuals with difficult venous access.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform venipuncture on pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patientsCollect approximately 30–40 specimens dailyProcess, label, package, and prepare specimens for shipmentComplete specimen documentation and maintain accurate recordsDraw admission and discharge patients throughout assigned hospital unitsReview daily patient assignments and complete collections for designated floors or wingsFollow specimen handling, quality, and safety proceduresProvide professional and compassionate patient care in a behavioral health environmentMaintain compliance with all laboratory and regulatory requirementsQualificationsMinimum 2+ year of phlebotomy experienceHigh School Diploma or GED requiredAdditional InformationLocation: Camillus and Liverpool, NYJob Type: 13-week contractPay Range: $19 - $22 hourlyShifts: Mon - Fri: 7:30 AM – 4 PM, Rotating Sat 7 AM-12 PMOffered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
