Rubber Machine Operator - Swing ShiftSalary Range $21.30 - $26.00 Hourly Position Type Full Time Job Shift SwingFounded in 1995, National Products began supplying the world with our industry leading RAM Mounting Systems. We manufacture mounts for action cameras, tablets, phones, and other displays across nearly every mobile market. The Rubber Machine Operator produces molded products or parts from pre-mixed standard rubber or plastic compounds. The Machine Operator observes continuous operation of automatic machines to ensure that products meet specifications and to detect jams or malfunctions, making adjustments as necessary. and turning valves and dials of machines to regulate pressure, temperature, and speed and feed rates, and to set cycle times. The Machine Operator removes finished or cured products from dies or molds, using hand tools, air hoses and other equipment; trims excess material from parts, using knives, and grind scrap plastic into powder for reuse; Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Setting quality standards, ensuring standards are met, training and communicating policies and procedures, auditing and analyzing processes, measuring production, reporting results.Painting adhesive primer to post of parts efficiently avoiding spills and transfer of primer on other area besides the post of part.Collects, researches data.Promotes process improvement.contributes to building a positive team.Written Communication Writes/documents clearly and informatively; presents numerical data effectively; able to read/interpret data.Quality Management Looks for ways to improve and promote quality and safety; familiar with manufacturing methods and procedures.Produce quality work at a consistent pace, standing on feet for 8 hour shift.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.Hourly Range: $21.30 - $26.00 per hourBenefits:Employer paid Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance69.33 hours of PTO (up to 3 weeks with tenure) with seven paid holidays401k with up to 4% employer matchAdditional paid parental leave beyond state/federal offeringsQuarterly catered lunch events for all employeesRAM Mounts product discountsPosition Status: Full Time.
