Dental Front Desk Receptionist/ Dental Billing

About the Role: Looking for a friendly and organized Dental Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice in La Habra, CA. Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and welcoming front office experience

Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software

Verify dental insurance benefits and process claims accurately and efficiently

Collect and post patient payments, co-pays, and account balances

Maintain and update accurate patient records and medical histories

Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure smooth patient flow

Prior experience in a dental or medical front office setting strongly preferred

Familiarity with dental practice management software (preferably Dentrix)

Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing procedures

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
