Travel OR RN - Surgical Services
Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
Shift: Days 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM with on-call requirements of one to two calls per week, consisting of 8-hour call shifts.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced OR RN for our Surgical Services department. The role requires a strong background in operating room procedures and patient care, ensuring a high level of safety and satisfaction during surgeries.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in the operating room setting.
Coordinate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols.
Effectively communicate with patients and their families regarding surgical processes.
Assess and document patient conditions throughout the surgical process.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
A minimum of 2 years experience as an OR RN is required.
BLS certification is mandatory.
Floating to a surgery center may be required.
