Assign guests to preferred tables while managing table rotation.

Respond to complaints, resolve them, or involve a manager.

Answer phone calls, take reservations, and answer general inquiries.

Maintain knowledge of food and beverage menu.

Fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.

Comply with health and food safety standards.

Restock floor and bathrooms as needed.

Maintain cleanliness at the host stand, including counters, menus, computer, shelves, and storage areas.

Frequently reach, bend, stoop, carry, manipulate, and key in data.

High noise levels from music, customer, and employee traffic.

Tolerate potential allergens: peanut, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, shellfish.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Provide top‑notch customer service in fast‑paced environment.

Perform high‑quality work while unsupervised.

Lift and maneuver trays of food safely.

Work in busy restaurant environment.

Restaurant experience a plus.

Customer service skills.

Compensation: $19.29 - $24.00 hourly (based on experience).
