Location: San Luis, California

Schedule: Full-Time | Weekdays

Practice Setting: Private Outpatient Practice

Compensation: $80,000$110,000 per year, plus benefits

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist with an interest or experience in Hand Therapy to join a growing outpatient rehabilitation team in Stockton, California.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist who enjoys working in a collaborative, patient-focused environment and wants to build or continue developing expertise in hand and upper-extremity rehabilitation. You will work with patients to restore mobility, improve function, reduce pain, and help them return to the activities that matter most.

A Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential is a plus but is not required.

What You'll Do

Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with hand, upper-extremity, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal conditions

Provide high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services

Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate

Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Build strong relationships with patients while delivering an exceptional patient experience

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license

Master's degree or higher in Physical Therapy

Experience or a strong interest in Hand Therapy and upper-extremity rehabilitation

Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) designation is preferred but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
