Job Summary: The Wealth Strategist at Parallel Advisors is an associate level role within a fast-growing Registered Investment Advisory firm with a culture of entrepreneurship, education, and collaboration. As a Wealth Strategist, you will work closely with two experienced Advisors with a wide range of expertise, supporting current clients and prospects through administrative and technical assistance. Job Summary: The Wealth Strategist at Parallel Advisors is an associate level role within a fast-growing Registered Investment Advisory firm with a culture of entrepreneurship, education, and collaboration. As a Wealth Strategist, you will work closely with two experienced Advisors with a wide range of expertise, supporting current clients and prospects through administrative and technical assistance. Parallel Advisors fosters a collaborative culture, allowing Wealth Strategists to gain deep exposure to multiple facets of the financial planning and investment management processes.

This is a hybrid (in office 3x/week) position and will be based in either our Scottsdale or Dallas office.

Gather information from clients and enter portfolio data into spreadsheets and update entries using our financial planning tool (MoneyGuide Pro)

Help gather and distribute client information to outside professionals such as CPAs, bookkeepers, or estate planning attorneys on a regular basis

Assist in organizing work papers, scanning and uploading documents, onboarding new clients, and maintaining existing client records in our CRM system (we use Salesforce)

Work closely with advisors to assist in researching and presenting custom client projects and analysis, making sure to stay up to date on investment models and private markets offerings

Ability to manipulate data via Excel (Formulas, VLookup, Pivot Tables, etc)

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's Degree required

Financial services or bookkeeping experience a plus

With this information in-hand, we chart, assess, and evaluate different scenarios based upon their unique objectives, risk tolerances, and time horizons. From this insight, we build a financial framework from which all our recommendations - including savings directives, insurance requirements, and investment strategies - flow. This framework provides a repeatable, measurable way to make objective decisions as to how to allocate their assets now and into their future

Salary range in SF: $72,000 - $95,000 base + 10% bonus Listed range is for all other locations where Parallel has an office.
