Licensed Insurance Sales Representative (P&C) – Farmers Agency Career OpportunityWe are hiring a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Representative in the Kirkland, WA area. This role offers a strong sales system, mentorship, two weeks PTO, and stipend towards health insurance.What You'll Do:Sell auto, home, life, and umbrella insuranceHandle inbound + outbound insurance sales leadsProvide quotes and coverage recommendationsBuild and grow a personal book of businessMeet monthly sales production goalsWork within Farmers compliance guidelinesWhat We're Looking For:Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license requiredBilingual in English/Spanish and/or English/Mandarin or CantoneseRecent experience with Farmers or State Farm preferredStrong sales background (insurance preferred)Experience with State Farm, Farmers, Allstate, GEICO, Progressive is a plusCompetitive, coachable, and goal-driven mindsetComfortable in a commission-based sales environment
