Estimator General Description Ruppert Landscape is a commercial landscape construction and management company, a family-owned and employee-owned business, headquartered in Laytonsville, MD. Our mission is to provide opportunities for our people, take excellent care of our customers, and be good stewards of the environment and our community.
Assist customers with technical information and pricing during pre-construction
Recommend and review preferred subcontractors on each job to Project Managers
Solicit written quotes for hard materials and site furnishings
Complete plan take-off and enter bid information into the company's preferred software program
Ability to build relationships with subcontractors and customers
Experience with Estimating Software desired
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
1 Year minimum experience preferred, but not necessary for entry-level candidates
