Registered Dietitian (Nursing Home)

Premier Nursing Home Group - We are seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian (Skilled Nursing) to support two skilled nursing facilities , with the opportunity to grow into a broader regional leadership role over time . This position offers autonomy, leadership exposure, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on resident care and clinical outcomes.
Travel is required between two facilities located approximately 45 minutes apart .
Oversee nutrition and dietary services across two facilities
Complete nutritional assessments, care plans, and resident evaluations
Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness
Partner with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes
Support dietary staff and nutrition-related programs
Registered Dietitian credential required
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required
Multi-site experience a bonus, but not required
Ability to travel between assigned facilities
