Associate Executive DirectorPosition Summary: The YMCA of the East Valley is committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.Under the direction of the Associate Executive Director, the Program Director is responsible for supporting YMCA operations through effective delivery of programs, services, and member engagement. We are determined: above all else, we are on a relentless quest to make our community stronger beginning with you.All other duties as assigned by management.Core ResponsibilitiesPerform duties in alignment with YMCA mission, policies, procedures, and operational standards.Deliver high-quality customer/member service to participants, families, staff, volunteers, and community partners.Support risk management and safety procedures.Provides volunteers with orientation, training, development, and recognition. CollaborationBuilds positive relationships with staff, members, volunteers, and community stakeholders. Operational EffectivenessMaintains quality work standards, accountability, sound judgment, and effective time management.
