Description:
The position involves providing care within a telemetry setting.
Nurses will manage patients with cardiac conditions.
The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:5-6.
Shift times will be from 06:45 to 19:15.
Weekend shifts are required every other weekend.
Candidates must have experience with cardiac drips.
There will be opportunities for interdisciplinary support while providing care.
The unit will focus on high-risk cardiology patients.
Nurses are expected to float to other inpatient units when necessary.
Candidates should be prepared to manage potential complications related to telemetric monitoring.
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills are essential for this role.
