CarpenterIt is the responsibility of the carpenter to build and repair carpentry related items throughout the property. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the company's brand standard and core values (K.Responsibilities:Maintenance carpentry, cabinetry, furniture, build and repair.Hang artwork, hang signage, finish carpentry, brass, plastics, laminate, commercial door hardware, moldings, adhesives.Must be able to operate hand tools, and any related carpentry equipment.Miscellaneous carpentry repair throughout the property.Work overtime weekends and holidays. Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate.Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results.High school diploma or equivalent.5 years Journeyman Carpentry experience.Ability to read and understand all policies and procedures.Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, employees, and members of management in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
