Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to guarantee integrated, comprehensive care.
Guide Patients and Families: Provide education to patients and caregivers on effective therapeutic methods to foster continued progress at home.
Document and Assess Progress: Observe clinical developments, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to ensure patients stay on track.
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution is essential.
Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and actively supported.
Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is required.
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is necessary.
