We're growing and have an immediate opportunity for a Groundskeeper to join our team. If you take pride in keeping outdoor areas clean, safe, and beautiful-and enjoy working outside in all types of weather-this could be the perfect role for you.

Assist the make-ready process by removing trash and remaining items from vacant units and disposing of them appropriately.

Resident Communication: Help with distributing notices and flyers to residents as needed to support community communication and operations.

Work closely with the maintenance and management team to help the property run smoothly.

Ability to use hand tools and small power equipment safely and effectively

and work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
