Location: Washington, MO

Pay Rate: $25/hr

Employment Type: Contingent (potential pathway for hire)

Schedule: 8:30am–5:00pm

What You'll Do

Collect blood specimens safely and accurately from patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations

Perform specimen processing and preparation following established clinical and forensic procedures

Verify patient demographic information and obtain patient signatures to confirm specimen labeling accuracy

Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company standards

Deliver excellent customer service by explaining procedures and helping patients feel at ease

Support multiple locations and adapt to changing schedules and business needs

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Strong phlebotomy and specimen handling skills in a high-volume environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Prior experience in a Patient Service Center preferred
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel between locations
• Flexibility for weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call needs
• Keyboarding/data entry proficiency
• Ability to prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgment
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
