1 year of nursing experience preferred
Current Louisiana RN licensure required

Provide high-quality, compassionate care to oncology patients as part of a dynamic and progressive team. Coordinate and implement nursing care plans that address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs in a complex clinical setting.
Deliver holistic patient care and ensure safe administration of chemotherapy and other oncology treatments
Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and patient education
Uphold patient safety, rights, and dignity throughout all care activities
Communicate effectively with physicians, specialists, and support staff
Participate in professional development and mentorship within the Oncology unit
Maintain compliance with department protocols and evolving standards in oncology nursing
