Head of Operations Management (m/w/d)

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or other technical discipline

5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience

The successful Operations Manager will provide leadership for a complex manufacturing operation, ensuring world-class performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This leader will oversee day-to-day operations while partnering closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Scheduling, and Supply Chain to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. Lead daily manufacturing operations with accountability for safety, quality, delivery performance, productivity, and cost objectives

Develop and mentor supervisors and hourly personnel while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement

Drive operational performance through KPI management, process optimization, and problem-solving initiatives

Partner with Engineering, Maintenance, Scheduling, Purchasing, and supporting functions to ensure uninterrupted operations and customer delivery commitments

Manage resources, budgets, and production plans to maximize throughput and support long-term growth objectives

Provide visible leadership across all shifts while responding effectively to operational issues and supporting a 24/7 manufacturing environment
