Director of Investor Management

A well-establishedU.S.-based private credit and investment management firm is seeking to hire a Director / Senior Director to support its growing capital raising efforts.
The firm specialises in real estate debt and distressed credit, with a strong track record of investing across performing and non-performing commercial real estate loans. Its platform spans direct lending, special situations, and opportunistic credit strategies, delivering consistent risk-adjusted returns across market cycles.
The Opportunity
This is a key hire focused on raising capital from Family Offices (FOs) and Multi-Family Offices (MFOs). The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing investor relationships, expanding the firm’s network, and driving fundraising initiatives across its investment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute capital raising strategies targeting family offices
Build and maintain long-term investor relationships
Collaborate closely with senior leadership on investor strategy
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in capital raising / investor relations
Background in private credit, fixed income, or real estate debt
Strong network within family offices and/or multi-family offices
Demonstrated ability to originate and close capital commitments
Location
New York City or Miami
