Summary: The Warehouse Associate II - Forklift Operator is tasked with efficiently storing, shipping, and receiving palletized products, ensuring adherence to company standards for safety, security, and productivity.What You'll Be Doing:Efficiently and safely load and unload freight, ensuring accuracy.Stack products in designated storage areas using appropriate equipment.Rotate products based on customer specifications.Maintain the integrity of customer inventory and assist in leading physical inventories.As needed, perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, or repacking tasks.Safely operate all material handling equipment.Identify and immediately report damaged, lost, or missing products to warehouse leadership.Conduct daily inspections of all material handling equipment.Place unsafe or out-of-service equipment in designated areas and promptly notify Warehouse Leadership for repairs.Adhere to safe working practices and comply with state, local, and federal regulations to ensure warehouse security and safety.Interact professionally with warehouse management, personnel, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.What You Need:Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. Experience: Previous experience operating powered industrial trucks or similar equipment in a warehouse environment. Knowledge/Skills: Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding basic English. Basic math, counting, and computer skills. Ability to use RF scan guns, tablets, and Warehouse Management System technology.
