Bartenders
The Granite Grill in Raleigh, North Carolina, is hiring part-time and full-time bartenders to join our opening team of this highly anticipated new full-service restaurant! Training will begin in November.
Bartenders are immersed in a training program to become knowledgeable in our steps of service, food and beverage menus, and company values.

Bartenders are the face of the restaurant and leave a lasting impression by:
Greeting bar guests with warmth and professionalism
Creating a convivial bar atmosphere
Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Delivering food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards
Working as part of a team to prepare the bar for service and keep the shift moving smoothly including bar cleaning, glass cleaning, pre-bussing
Previous bartending experience in a full service restaurant
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and at least 3 shifts per week
Must be 21 years of age, proficient in English, lift 30 pounds, and able to stand and move about the restaurant for the duration of the shift.

- About The Granite Grill
The Granite Grill is a new upscale, classic American grill located in the Glenlake Development where Creedmoor Road meets Edwards Mill. Training will begin in November.
Our stylish new space includes a well-stocked bar, spacious covered patio, comfy leather booths, and a cozy private event space. Our focus on exceptional service and consistent food and drink create an experience that turns guests into regulars. The Granite Grill is owned and operated by Big Kitchen Hospitality. We also own and operate Tazza Kitchen and have been a part of the Raleigh restaurant community for over 12 years.
