Full-Time Direct Support Professional / Caregiver

A Direct Support Professional (DSP) Float / caregiver provides direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental, intellectual & developmental, and physical disabilities. The ultimate goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to live as independently and comfortably as possible while maintaining their dignity and respect.

Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, personal hygiene and more.

We help individuals with different abilities, like intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions, in a variety of programs with a focus on providing person-centered care. We aim to empower those we assist to pursue their dreams while our dedicated team provides guidance, support, and care they deserve with dignity and respect. Must have a least 2-4 years of prior experience working with individuals with disabilities

• Computer skills for documentation
• 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license required (due to transporting persons served)
• Candidates must be comfortable driving to transport persons served as required
• Some positions/locations may require your own personal vehicle and auto liability insurance based on the role
