• Heavy clinic volumes with demanding call schedule
• Call ratio: 1:3
• Only urologists serving northern New Mexico -- high patient demand
• Required: kidney stones, lithotripsy, TURP, radical prostatectomy
• Required: bladder lesions, radical nephrectomy, cystoscopes, BCG's
• Robotics experience preferred
• Board certification required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
