Job Description
Nursing - Critical Care
Schedule
12H Night shift, every other weekend required.
Assignment Details
Contract length: 8 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 72 hours biweekly (does not include on-call time).
Requirements

• 2-3 years related work experience required.
• MA nursing license (can apply at time of offer).
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS.
• Epic experience required.
• Experience in ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management, and post-STEMI care preferred.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care and support in a critical care setting.
Monitor and assess patient status, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Float as needed to PACU, step down, and ED for care of holding patients.

Compliance / Notes
Must pass ECG/Telemetry test and medication test at day one orientation. No more than one holiday off request; no more than 3 days RTO.
