The Loan Agency Specialist is a part of the Global Capital Markets ("GCM") team at WSFS Bank. The Loan Agency Specialist, will play a crucial role in administering the ongoing processing of loan agency deals. The incumbent will be responsible for l oan agency operations, client service, compliance, technical expertise and collaboration.
Efficiently manage a portfolio of loan agency accounts, ensuring accurate processing and timely execution of transactions.
Adhere to strict regulatory guidelines and internal policies, safeguarding the bank's reputation and protecting client interests.
Leverage proficiency in loan agency software (Solvas Agent, Clearpar) to streamline workflows and drive efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
Must be willing to become proficient in loan agency software (e.g., Solvas Agent, Clearpar) and have a strong understanding of loan agency agreements, financial instruments, and regulatory requirements.
