This is an exciting opportunity for a product management professional who enjoys balancing strategy and execution while making a measurable impact on business performance in the consumer market.What We Offer our Product Manager, ConsumerComprehensive benefits plan401K with matchMoney Purchase Plan16-week Paid Parental LeaveGenerous PTO package, plus 14 paid holidaysA great place to work!What You'll Do as our Product Manager, ConsumerOwn and manage a defined consumer product portfolio, including assortment, profitability, and lifecycle strategy.Work on product specifications, testing, making sure products are performing to specifications that you need.Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to achieve business objectives.Use your analytical skills to triangulate data. You will gather data from numerous sources, connect the dots and build a whole picture.Support commercial teams with product knowledge, tools, and market insights.Monitor key business metrics including revenue, margin, market share, and portfolio performance.What We're Looking For: Product Manager, ConsumerBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).Experience in Consumer Products, Consumer Healthcare, or FMCG preferred.Proven success leading portfolio extension, product launches, and geographic or channel expansionsStrong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.What Makes You Successful: Product Manager, ConsumerCommercially focused with a strong understanding of growth and profitability drivers.Help shape innovation pipelines and product strategy.Our employees are empowered to serve this purpose in a family-owned company that is growing rapidly around the world.
