RN L&D - Night Shift

Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery
This is a 13-week contract position.
Night shifts, 3x12-hour (19:00 - 07:30), requiring 4 weekend shifts per month, either Friday or Saturday nights.
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit, encompassing a variety of patient populations, including neonates, adolescents, and adults. The RN will work closely with interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional patient outcomes in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:

Utilize external fetal monitoring and recognize abnormal fetal heart rate patterns.
Provide care in triage, labor, delivery, and postpartum settings.
Circulate for C-sections and assist with both low and high-risk labor and delivery cases.
Participate in on-call duties as voluntary and float to Perinatal as needed.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Minimum of 3 years of RN experience in Labor and Delivery.
Must have Epic experience.
Active California RN license required at submission.
Current certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Advanced.
Previous charge experience is preferred.
No more than 3 days of requested time off (RTO) allowed per contract.
