• $450,000 Annual Minimum Guarantee with the potential to bonus at a higher Total Compensation Package
• Broad Scope of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgical Services: Led by Dr. Schiro, the practice has offered comprehensive surgical care in the Lansing and St. Johns areas since 1985, including wisdom teeth removal, corrective jaw surgery, TMJ treatment, facial trauma care, dental implants, bone grafting, biopsies, and anesthesia for safe, effective procedures
• Patient Safety and Surgical Excellence: The center places a strong emphasis on surgical precision and patient safety, operating from modern office settings with staff trained for IV sedation and general anesthesia to ensure comfort and well-being throughout surgical treatments

Required: DDS or DMD from an accredited institution, completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (OMS) residency program, board certification or eligibility in OMS, and a valid dental license with DEA registration in the relevant jurisdiction.

As an Oral Surgeon, you will:
Perform complex extractions, wisdom tooth removal, dental implants, bone grafting, and other oral surgical procedures with a high standard of care, utilizing advanced imaging and diagnostic tools for precise surgical planning.
Diagnose and treat oral and maxillofacial conditions, provide sedation and anesthesia per state regulations, and educate patients on pre- and post-operative care to ensure optimal outcomes and smooth recovery.
Develop comprehensive treatment plans in coordination with general dentists and specialists, collaborate with referring doctors and team members, and enhance interdisciplinary care and the patient experience.
Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state dental board regulations while staying current with advancements in oral surgery through continuing education and professional development.
