Dialysis Registered Nurse- Fulltime

Full Time Monday-Friday

Day shift only

Must be able to function at a high level with little oversight to provide nursing care, training, and home support (as needed);

Works collaboratively with Dialyze Direct team members, skilled nursing home facility representatives and dedicated Nephrologists;

Collects and records relevant patient health data in the course of/pre/post hemodialysis treatment;

Develops and maintains a plan of care that describes interventions to attain expected outcomes;

Performs laboratory collection, processing, and shipping procedures and reschedules missed or inadequate laboratory collections;

Perform clerical tasks in addition to patient care (i.e., filing, inventory management, admission documentation, creating patient charts, etc.);

Occasional travel to other nearby locations; Valid RN license

BS/AA/diploma in nursing

Each RN shall have, at minimum, 18 months of experience in the last 24 months in the direct provision of dialysis
