Driver/sales/merchandiser store

Responsibilities Maximize product inventory: process freight, organize and distribute inventory, pull and stock merchandise, build displays and end caps, and place signage.
Support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in‑store and curbside pick‑up and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries if assigned.
Deliver exceptional service: greet customers, build relationships, and inform them about products and services.
Participate in wine, spirits and beer training to build product knowledge.
Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions and loyalty programs.
Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
Complete cross‑functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
Load and deliver orders safely following company policies and procedures and abiding by traffic and safety laws (if delivery is an essential job function).
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
1-3 years of experience, preferably 1+ year in a retail setting.
Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.
Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
Physical Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older.
Walk, bend down repeatedly and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day.
Safely lift, load and handle cases and pallets.
Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead repeatedly.
May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday.
Compensation and Benefits Worker Type: Owner Employee
Pay Range: $16.43 - $23.00 Hourly
