Summary
The Boutique Manager leads the boutique's business performance and promotes the brand. This role oversees sales, team development, client service, and operational execution.
Responsibilities
Achieve sales budgets and diversification targets.
Recruit, develop, retain, and coach sales associates; set and review performance goals.
Create annual business plans and manage the boutique's P&L and controllable expenses.
Deliver high levels of customer service and manage boutique operations and loss prevention practices.
Requirements
At least 5 years of retail management experience.
Luxury goods affinity; watch and jewelry experience is a plus.
Demonstrated leadership, P&L management, clienteling, and floor management skills.
Strong communication, problem-solving, customer service, and results-oriented skills.
Open availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
Expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; CRM experience required and SAP knowledge preferred.
