We are looking for a high ownership Recruiter to help build the team that will define the future of water autonomy. This role is not just about filling roles, it's about building the company. Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles

Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define candidate profiles

Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting workflows in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Help improve recruiting processes, workflows, and overall talent operations as we scale

Act as a strong ambassador for the company and our culture throughout the hiring process

Continuously build strong talent pipelines ahead of hiring demand

We are looking for someone who thrives in early‑stage environments and is excited to help build a company from the ground up. 1‑2 years of recruiting experience, including full‑cycle recruiting

Experience working in an applicant tracking system (ATS)

Excellent communication and relationship building skills

Experience recruiting for engineering, hardware, or technical roles

Creative sourcing techniques and strong candidate engagement skills

Ability to work 100% onsite in Torrance, CA (remote or hybrid work will not be considered)
