They will direct the patient and the caregiver in selected tasks to restore, reinforce and/or enhance performance.Provide clinical treatment to patients including screenings, evaluations, direct treatment, and family/caregiver training and counseling regarding status, progress, goals, home programming and discharge planning.Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.Consult with physician on patient progress and maintains appropriate records.Maintain supplies and equipment.Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.Serve as the backup service provider for other caseloads as needed.Comply with all company policies, practices, and procedures.QualificationsMaster's Degree in Occupational Therapy required.Home health experience preferred.Ability to interpret instruction with the ability to solve practical problems with a variety of concrete variables.Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite, record keeping and routine database activity.Physical Demands/Working EnvironmentReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Moderate physical activity performing strenuous activities of a therapy nature.business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).Pay range: starting at $85,000 per year***Sign-On Bonus Available***
