Griswold Home Care for North San Diego is calling all compassionate individuals to apply to join our amazing team as a Home Care Aide/Caregiver (hereinafter "Care Partner").
We pay our care partners a competitive wage of $19 to $23 per hour. Registered Home Care Aide with CDSS certification.
Completion of LiveScan fingerprinting and a background check.
Valid Class C driver's license, car insurance, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional care partner.
High school diploma or GED.
Your life as a Care Partner This companionship and care partner position offers flexible hours and opportunities to assist seniors on both day and night shifts.
As a Care Partner, you have the rewarding job of helping older adults live as fully and independently as possible while remaining in the places they love. You provide non-medical care and home companionship, assisting with responsibilities such as medication reminders, grocery shopping, and meal preparation. With the client’s dignity always at the forefront, you help maintain proper personal hygiene and provide companionship to clients who have dementia or cognitive impairments. You complete documentation for each shift, submit timely updates, and communicate with the office about client needs.
Your role supports helping older adults enjoy their golden years and building a rewarding career in caregiving.
We will prioritize assigning you to a home site near you, but you may also be assigned cases that require commuting within our primary geographic service area.
