Full Time Front Desk Receptionist
Spine & Injury Clinic
Job Description We are looking to hire a reliable, hard-working, detail-oriented Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team. Applicant must be professional, pleasant and have excellent customer service skills. We are a close-knit office where every person’s role is crucial to providing our patients the best care possible.
We are seeking the ideal candidate for this full-time, long-term position.
Answering multi-line telephone and directing calls
- Data-entry; Patient payment collection and processing
- Assisting patients regarding billing questions and payment options
- Cross-training as needed to assist in other areas
High School diploma or GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Outstanding customer relations and customer service
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Although not required, medical office work related experience and/or knowledge of medical terminology and
insurance billing would be beneficial.
