Head of Recruiting & HR

Advanced Drainage Systems Inc.

Advanced Drainage Systems is a leading manufacturer of stormwater and onsite septic wastewater solutions, committed to sustainability and innovation. With a vast manufacturing and distribution network, we deliver high-quality products across multiple industries while recycling over half a billion pounds of plastic annually. We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team! In this role, you will partner with our Supply Chain organization, with a focus on our Allied and Recycling divisions, Continuous Improvement team, and Operations Training team to drive talent strategy, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and culture initiatives across multiple manufacturing and distribution locations. As ADS continues to transform its Supply Chain operations, this highly visible role offers the opportunity to influence business outcomes through strategic HR partnership, dynamic thought leadership, and a strong focus on developing people and organizational capability. Align operational strategies with people initiatives to support growth

Lead performance management, talent assessment, succession planning, and learning programs

Oversee leadership recruiting and onboarding processes

Partner with Regional Manufacturing Managers to implement people initiatives

Support professional development of Regional Manufacturing Managers

Oversee HR responsibilities at site locations with Plant Managers

Ensure HR teams align with supply chain strategies

Drive transformation and support change management

Evaluate and improve organizational structure

Provide employee relations support, policy evaluation, and conduct investigations

5+ years of HR Leadership/Business Partner experience

Bachelor's degree in business

Ability to use data for business recommendations

Broad understanding of HR laws, regulations, policies, and procedures

Skilled in building productive partnerships

High ethical, intellectual, professional, and personal values

Ability to drive change and transformation

Strong team-building and morale-boosting abilities
