Assisted Living Caregiver (CNA / HHA) - Overnight & Weekends

Landmark of Fridley, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver to join our growing team!

Landmark of Fridley Senior Living is in Fridley, MN, located right off Central Ave and Mississippi Street, at the former home of Sandee's Restaurant. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 69-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Shifts Available: Full Time AM (7am-3pm), every other weekend rotation included. HHA Wage: $17.00 - $22.00 Based on experience! CNA Wage: $19.00-$24.00 - Based on experience! Shift Differential: $1.00 for PM and $2.00 for NOC

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

Providing direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.

Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.

Engaging residents in meaningful conversations and providing attentive care.

Assisting with medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.

Strong interest in healthcare.

Positive, compassionate attitude.

Strong customer service and communication skills.
