Conduct a variety of routine and specialized clinical laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondadhering to established protocols.
Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and perform routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
Assist in specimen acquisition and ensure samples are accurately prepared for testing procedures.
Thoroughly document all processes, provide training to new employees or students, and contribute to upholding laboratory quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment, while complying with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or equivalent allied health degree, accompanied by preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) should be obtained within one year of employment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities essential for effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
