Experience Needed: Minimum 2 years ICU experience
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (required); proficiency with EPIC (required)
Licensure: Ohio RN license (or compact license accepted)

Pay Rate: $59.18/hour

What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality nursing care across various ICU settings including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, MICU, Cardiology, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU
Float between units based on staffing needs and patient acuity, maintaining a high standard of patient safety and care
Monitor and manage critically ill patients using ventilators, telemetry, and IV therapy
Administer medications, support ventilation, and respond to emergent situations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records (EPIC)
Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols
What You Need:

Valid Ohio RN license or valid compact license
Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical record system
Skills in IV placement, telemetry, ventilator management, and Telemetry monitoring
Preferred:

~ Previous travel nursing experience
