This is a remote, performance-based opportunity we fund qualified US traders with up to $400,000 in firm capital and split profits 60% to 90% depending on performance tier.
The trading day lands at a workable hour. Central time puts the London/New York overlap the highest-volume window in forex squarely in mid-morning local, which is one of the cleanest schedules the market offers. It's a quietly efficient base for someone serious about treating trading as a profession.
Louis, Springfield, and Columbia work Central time, putting the London/New York overlap in the mid-morning sweet spot for FX volume. Louis and Kansas City have established financial sector communities worth plugging into.

This is a performance-based contract role. Traders earn through a profit split on returns they generate typically 60% to 90% depending on experience and performance tier. Compensation is not a fixed salary or hourly wage; your earnings depend entirely on your trading results.
