Psychiatric Technician

Each day, we are closing the gaps in access to care. Our services include a state-of-the-art psychiatric urgent care center and a soon-to-be-built pediatric behavioral health center, outpatient, inpatient, partial hospitalization (day programs), assessment and testing, residential, addiction treatment and specialty services such as crisis response, employee assistance programs, forensic psychiatry and psychology, and neuromodulation. On-the-job educational programs for nurses, psychologists, advanced practice providers, psychiatrists, and chaplains are equipping the next generation of care providers.

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Psychiatric Technician to support individuals with mental illness and/or developmental delays in Hospital and Residential settings. Psychiatric Technician Key Responsibilities:

Provide physical and emotional support to people served in individual and group settings

Assist with activities of daily living (personal care, hygiene, dressing, etc.)

Document progress notes, medication administration (as trained), and incident reports

Support treatment plans, programming, and community activities

Psychiatric Technician Qualifications:

high school education in behavioral sciences or related field preferred

Ability to work with individuals with complex behavioral and mental health needs

Exempt (hourly) position
