Job Description
Job Description The Lead Toddler Teacher will oversee classrooms dedicated to toddlers aged 18 to 30 months, maintaining a student-to-teacher ratio of 1:6. This role involves managing classroom activities, planning engaging curricula using both in-house and external resources, and supporting child development within a collaborative team environment. Strong communication with parents and leadership of assistant teachers and staff are key to success in this position.
Responsibilities
Manage toddler classrooms, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment
Plan and implement curriculum using provided resources
Support and monitor child development milestones
Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress
Lead and collaborate daily with assistant teachers and staff
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in early childhood education
- Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential
