Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Quality Control Laboratory Manager

5 plus years of work experience in a regulated laboratory setting.

Handle all Quality Control regulatory matters to maintain compliance with FDA, EPA, AIB, and OSHA standards.

Compensation

Base Salary and Full Benefits

Duties:

Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Lead and manage the Quality Department, including the Analytical and Microbiology Laboratories, across three shifts.

Supervise sample collection and production evaluation to ensure quality standards.

Perform routine and specialized analyses of materials, including raw, in-process, environmental, finished products, and stability samples.

Oversee and manage quality control activities throughout the organization.

Conduct quality audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Analyze data and trends to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures.

Maintain and oversee compliance with cGMP documentation requirements.

Conduct and/or organize Quality Control facility audits.

Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Science.

5 plus years of work experience in a regulated laboratory setting.

Working knowledge of ISO reqs, CAPA, FMEA, etc.

Excellent knowledge and application of processing quality system policies and procedures.

Strong knowledge of Validation protocols, IQ-OQ-PQ.

Train, supervise, and evaluate quality control team members.

Knowledge in microbiological analysis.

Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions.

Proficient in analyzing data and identifying trends to drive continuous improvement.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
