Attorney - Part Time, Remote

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is seeking a highly qualified Counsel Attorney to join its Mass Torts Practice Group, with a focus on asbestos and talc litigation.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic litigation practice handling all phases of complex matters, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and research skills and the ability to apply legal principles, procedural rules, and case law effectively to defend clients and drive successful outcomes. This role also involves working closely with junior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.

3-5 years of experience in toxic tort, talc, or product liability litigation

• Strong academic credentials (law school and undergraduate)
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and experts
• Willingness to travel as needed for depositions, hearings, and court appearances
