A healthcare organization in the Sarasota, Florida area is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT/MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician to join its laboratory team on a permanent full-time day shift schedule.

Perform routine and complex laboratory testing
Analyze and interpret laboratory results accurately
Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation
Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance standards are met
Maintain accurate patient and testing documentation
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff regarding test results
Medical Laboratory Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) background required
Florida laboratory licensure required or eligible
Prior clinical laboratory experience preferred
